SEE NEXT PAGE1) Show up to Stone Mills Arena with as much equipment on as possible or arrive early and put on in vehicle. You will not be allowed in arena until 15 mins prior to your session now. Doors are locked and not to be opened until 15 mins prior to your session. The front door will be locked and monitored by each individual user group.
2) ONE parent only per player. Parents if you must help your player get dressed (atom and below) please do so quickly - no siblings in the dressing rooms - and once finished go around the glass or stands to watch and maintain social distancing/wear a mask.
3) Dressing rooms are still available but just for minimal use. Put on as much equipment prior to coming into arena as possible. Keep in your spot in the dressing room do not wander around and visit with other players/parents.
4) If you get ready in Dressing Rooms 5/6, EXIT THE DOOR UNDER THE BLEACHERS- not the exit through the main lobby. Parents/spectators as well do not enter through the main lobby area - YOU MUST EXIT under the bleachers to prevent crossing over with next session. If you get ready in Dressing rooms 1/2/3/4 your EXIT is still out the main lobby doors - do not enter back into the arena area after your session again to avoid cross over with next session.
5) PARENTS/SPECTATORS - once your players session is over - DO NOT HANG OUT IN THE ARENA - either help your player get undressed AND EXIT IMMEDIATELY or just EXIT IMMEDIATELY TO YOUR VEHICLE.
6) PLEASE if you don't have to be in the rink - wait outside for your player(s)
50 people max in the building must be maintained at all times. When this is not met and we are notified by Stone Mills arena the user groups in violation will lose future ice time(s). We simply can't abuse this rule any more. Thanks for your cooperation.
If our season is cut short due to Covid/Lockdown we will issue pro rated refunds base on ice usage (any cancellations here on out now must include a $100 admin fee to cover administration and planning costs). We will look at extending season if/when we get going again.
Sign in sheets must be signed by spectators and players coaches hand in attendance sheets after each session as well. By bringing your player to hockey you are signing off on the following document, answering 'YES' to all questions listed below in the OMHA/OHF Screening Questionnaire.
