We are planning on offering U9-to-U18 Rep programming potentially including a U16 Team

Here is the coaching application process:
Step 1 - Call for applications
Step 2 - Coach Coordinator will review applications for completeness, check references and may ask applicants for additional info such as practice and seasonal plans
Step 3 - The FMH Board will strike a coaching committee. This committee will be chaired by the Coach Coordinator. There will be an external rep with no affiliation to FMH. There will also be an internal rep who is a member in good standing that does not have any conflict of interest (ex: no kids on team, arms length)
Step 4 - The coaching committee will interview the applicants
Step 5 - The coaching committee will make a recommendation to the FMH Board
Step 6 - The Board will pass a motion to either accept or reject the coaching committee recommendations. Any Board member with a conflict of interest cannot vote
A call for SELECT and LL Coach Applications will be made after Rep Tryouts in the Spring of 2025
