Flyers Excitemtent over the Holidays
The holidays didn't slow down the Flyers Peewee Rep team this week at the GMHA Classic Tournament
The Peewee rep Flyers played in the GMHA Classic Tournament this week and went undefeated heading into the 'A' finals.
In the finals they met The Smith Falls Bears where after regulation time it remained deadlocked at 0-0. It went to a 3 on 3, 3 minute overtime where it also remained deadlocked at 0-0. The game was decided after an exciting sudden death shootout which took a total of 7 skater's aside where Smith Falls ended the contest and were crowned champions.
Our parents and coaching staff would like to thank Gan for a great tournament and congratulate the Smith Falls Bears for their win.
We are very proud of our boys and once again they played there hearts out and get a big pat on the back for a great tournament.
