Implementation of Roman's Law by OHF

The OHF was informed by the Ministry of Tourism Culture and Sport on June 18, 2019 that the Rowan’s Law Act and Regulations must be implemented by July 1, 2019.

Hockey season is under way for some and will begin soon for others. The Ontario Hockey Federation has issued a document that must be signed and uploaded to each OMHA profile.

Everyone involved in hockey (players/coaches/trainers/managers) is required to read and understand Rowan’s Law and sign the acknowledgement form, found here - https://www.ohf.on.ca/media/3v4bbj14/ohf-rowan-s-law-acknowledgement-form.pdf

There are two ways that this can be completed:

1) Print off a copy of the form and send the signed, electronic copy to registrar@frontenachockey.ca

2) Hardcopies will be supplied and can be signed at tryouts and house league evaluations.
